Dincer is a market leading 3PL company in Turkey. They have 300 own fleets and rent about 200 trucks daily from the market. They make about 250,000 trips per year. They have 21 warehouses in 15 different cities of Turkey and focus mainly on the transportation of dangerous goods.
THE REASONS WHY DINCER SIMPLY HAD TO DELIVER
For their own fleet they have a good on-board computer solution, but for the rented fleet (which can be a long or short term rental) they had nothing. That’s why they were not able to offer 100% transparency to their customers!
Established in 2003, Dinçer Lojistik provides contracted logistics services to national and international leading companies specializing in the chemical and hazardous substances sectors; chemicals, petrochemicals, dyes, construction, lubricants, cosmetics, packaging, industrial products, automotive industry. Dinçer Lojistik was audited by Cefic’s Safety and Quality Assessment for Sustainability (SQAS) for the evaluation of the standards for safety, security, health, quality, environment and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the logistics department and Dinçer Lojistik received a high score as proof of its success in the field of safety, environment and quality. Which solution has SIMPLY DELIVER implemented?
We delivered our connectivity solution, mobile app and portal solutions to DINCER as an add-on to their TMS system. With our mobile app they have full control over their charter drivers.
With our connectivity solution they can also communicate with any driver and/or customer through our solutions (such as WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications).
With our portal solution, they offer their customers a SPOC (Single-Point-of-Contact) real-time tracking solution that combines the data they receive from on-board computers (from their own fleet) and charter trucks (via Simply Deliver mobile app).
