Betek is a market-leading paint production company! They have 3 different production companies and more than 200 departures per day, working together with more than 10 different logistics service providers that supply the stores, construction areas and distribution centers!
THE REASONS WHY SIMPLY DELIVER COST

Due to a lack of transparency, the logistics department had to invest more time and people to respond to the non-conformities, which resulted in high costs and time.

They needed a sustainable, affordable and quickly implementable solution for their track & trace requirements! Not having a digital proof of delivery (POD) caused more administration work and delays in the invoicing process.

We delivered our connectivity and mobile solution to BETEK as an add-on on top of their ERP system (SAP), which is fully integrated. In other words, their SAP system sends the transport requests to our platform and Simply POD checks whether or not the driver is known. Depending on the result, Simply POD sends the instructions to the driver or a third party who sends the request to the respective LSP.

At the end of the project, the number of activities and the administration of the back office users were greatly reduced: moreover, they did not need to be trained for a new system because Simply POD performs the activities autonomously and sends all information back to SAP pro-actively / in real time.
