Due to lack of transparency, the logistics department needed to invest more time and people to react to the non-conformities which resulted high amount of cost and time
They needed a sustainable, affordable and fast implementable solution for their track & trace requirements!
Not having the digital proof of delivery (POD) caused more administration work and delay in the invoicing process.

We provided our connectivity and mobile solution to BETEK as an add-on on top of their ERP system (SAP), which is completely integrated. In other words, their SAP system sends the transportation requests to our platform and Simply POD checks whether the driver is known or not. Depending on the outcome, Simply POD either sends the instructions to the driver or a 3rd party dispatching request to the related LSP automatically. At the end of the project, the activity number and administration of the back office users were tremendously reduced: moreover, they did not need to be trained for a new system because Simply POD executes the activities autonomously and sends all the information back to SAP pro-actively / real-time.
